Hi everyone!!
I'm a newbie here...I'm doing the HCG cream...and I'm currently on day 4 of the plan! Gained 3lbs from my load days and this morning I am down 3.2lbs! So, I'm pretty excited!!!!! Here's my question....I am getting B-12 injections once a week, however, I was wondering if anyone here on this blog has done the B-12/lipotropic injections???? Also, would it benefit to get more than one B-12 injection a week? Any advice would be very helpful!! ![]() |

I have a great weight loss doctor here in San Antonio who offers the B12/Lipo shot for $15. So, I think after my first weigh-in tomorrow, I'll start getting the additional shot once a week.
I'm doing the exact same protocol as the rest of you. I'm doing the 40 day/500 cal a day diet. I apply the cream twice a day, and I must admit, at first I was pretty skeptical about the cream...however, here are my results thus far: After 2 load days, I was at 179.8 Yesterday: 176.4 Today: 174.2 I couldn't be happier with the results!!! My situation is a little more unique. I have chronic pancreatitis and major food allergies. I went to a nutritionist who put me back on a regular diet when I started training for a half marathon....well, between the extreme long distance running and the diet, I put on 15lbs in about 2 months. Then....while training, I ruptured my L5-S1 in my lower back and had to be put on steroids!! So, I gained another 5lbs within a matter of a week... So, now I'm not running anymore (thanks to my back issues) and the weight was STUCK!!! I didn't think this program would work...but...my results have proved otherwise!!!!! ![]() I'll be sure to keep you all updated with my results!!! Thanks for welcoming me to the blog!! ![]() |

There's no reason the cream shouldn't work great! I am on hormone creams and hcg is a hormone so it makes total sense! I will caution though that sometimes skin absorption can get whacked up. That's just happened to me with my hormone creams. My blood work that just came back shows my hormone levels have dropped drastically even though I'm on the double strength stuff so the dr is adding a sublingual version. Blech! So if you are hungry after the first day or so on the diet, check back with your doctor.

Yeah, they have me doing the cream on different parts of my body each day...so that way it doesn't affect the absorption.
I'm on day 3 after my load days, and I will say that the hunger has subsided about 75%. I'm still a bit hungry, but it's much more bearable than the first 2 days!!!! The only big complaint that I have is the headaches. It's constant....but nothing I can't handle if it means great weight loss!!! ![]() |

Ok, today I'm down another 1.8lbs. I went first thing this morning at 6:30am for a B-12 shot and the nurse said that they tried the lipo before and didn't see any results. According to the doctor's office scale, I was only down 2.5lbs post-loading....instead of 4lbs, but I think that's because of the clothing I was wearing...plus, they don't use a digital scale there....they use the old fashioned one.... She said that when you use the cream, a lot of people don't see big losses until week 2 on the protocol, as opposed to the big loss with using the injections. Interesting...... |

i just got some of these shots from my doc- she says she has started having per patients do them twice a week during the time off between rounds. she hasn't had anyone do them during P2 yet, but i'm going to try it.
so i just did my first IM thigh shot with the 27 gauge, 1.25" needles. can't say i was too excited about it- i definitely got a jolt when it went into the muscle, and i never have a problem with the sq shots. |
