Default Tiger Balm??
I suffer from back aches and usually use Tiger Balm. Is this okay?? I've been putting it off for the last couple of days but I'm thinking I may need to give in.

ask some of the veterans what to use - you might need potassium and magnesium

Thanks anclair. It's not a side effect of the diet...I just have a bad back and need it from time to time. I don't think the potassium and magnesium will do the trick. I've looked at another one I have but not sure about that one either. BioFreeze?? I need something =(

I am just starting Day 1 of Phase 2 and I also suffer from backaches and am addicted to Tiger Balm as it's so much more effective than other remedies. Did you ever find a solution?

I hear ya... though for me it's giving up fish oil that has me all achy. I've had multiple surgeries on both feet and both knees, and have chronic bursitis in one hip. The fish oil is a natural antiinflammatory and have taken it religiously for years. Since starting hcg I haven't been taking it and I really really noticed a difference in being achy for the first couple of weeks. Had to break down and take Motrin several times. But ... Now that the weight is coming off my knees are sure feeling better!!!
