I hear ya... though for me it's giving up fish oil that has me all achy. I've had multiple surgeries on both feet and both knees, and have chronic bursitis in one hip. The fish oil is a natural antiinflammatory and have taken it religiously for years. Since starting hcg I haven't been taking it and I really really noticed a difference in being achy for the first couple of weeks. Had to break down and take Motrin several times. But ...
