Default My HCG is "out for delivery"!
I'm so excited to get started! This will be R1 for me, and I have about 90lbs to lose. I plan to stick very closely to the Dr Simeons protocol, and I hope this is the solution I have been looking for! I have been stalking my tracking info from ADC for almost 2 weeks, and finally my HCG will be here today. Can't wait to load tomorrow and Monday an get on with the process! I love this forum and reading all the success and encouragement on here. Any practical advice for this newbie? I appreciate learning from your experiences!

Off the top of my head...
- Set small goals for yourself rather than looking at the whole 90 to lose. Reward yourself with something other than food when you hit those points.
- Drink silly amounts of water.
- Make sure you have all the supports you can have on the home front, and have no one undermining your success (intentional or not).
- Get a message board weight loss ticker to see how far you've gone.
- Join a loading group ASAP so you can go through it with support.
- Load well knowing that it's needed to avoid a great deal of body aches if you don't (trust me, I know that from experience).

Otherwise, dig in and good luck

Good luck to you. I would read and reread Dr. Simeon's protocol. If you don't have one you can get one free at www.myhcgway.com.

Allow yourself to get help and advice. Lean on others who have gone before you. If you do mess up know that you are human and we all
do. Don't kick yourself down or feel guilty. Start new.

Remember each day is one less on the protocol and one more towards your goals. Be content wherever you end up in R1. If you want to lose 34lbs.
and say only lost 30 lbs. rejoice!!

You will do an excellent job and feel so much better...

Much success to you!!

Good luck Steph. I'm only a few days in myself so I'll be monitoring this thread to see what pointers are coming your way.
