Default Going out of town
I just finished day 6 of round 1 Phase 2. Down 11.8 lbs in 5 days. Next week I'll be gone for 4 days working crew on the Breast Cancer 3 Day. They supply all of your meals. Any suggestions on how I can deal with what to eat?

Wow, great job so far. I can see why you want to keep on track, you are doing awesome!! I surely hope you can continue with the program even while volunteering for such an amazing event! Do you have any idea what kind of food they are going to serve you? Will it be the same food they are serving to the participants? If yes it's likely going to be high in carbohydrates and sugar. Is there anyway you could bring your own food with you? Maybe pre-pack the protein and veggies in pre-portioned ziplocs baggies in a mini cooler with ice and bring some fresh fruits? I'm sure they will have some fruit on hand, water, and ice to keep your food cool, but when in doubt I would come prepared

I'm a triathlete and marathoner and I'm well aware of what that type of food usually is! It's meant to give you quick energy and it's mainly full or sugars and carbs. Stay strong!! You can do it
