Default Question About Egg Day
So i am going to try this egg day experiment tomorrow and hard boiled 12 eggs. I am curious to see what other people have done on egg days, would eating just hard boiled eggs throughout the day be ok? Or should i just eat the egg whites and see how it goes? I dont really have time to cook any omelets or anything so i figured hard boiling them would be the easiest for me. Any input would be great!!

Never heard of it.

P & I says we could have eggs, 3 egg whites to 1 yoke. But that was only if the person MUST eat the eggs. He really rather we didn't, it seemed.

But I did read there or anywhere else about egg day.

This is just a substitute for a steak day. Some have had good luck with it. It's a pretty common alternative to a steak day and is for P3 and beyond only, not P2.

Great thanks, im going to try and do a protein day because i woke up and was only 1 lb over my LIW so i will add meat and a little bit of cheese in today! Thanks for the tips!

Woke up and weight a whopping 4lbs more than yesterday!!! So I am trying an egg day today. P3. I ate Pizza with almont flour crust last nite, must have done me in - so upset! (if you couldn't tell from all the !!!!!'s) Hope it works...

Traci, did the egg day work for you? I'm at the end of p3. I thought I had stabilized...not more than .6 up from LIW. Today, 3 lbs up from yesterday. I didn't cheat, but had some red wine (about 1-1 1/2 glasses which never bothered me before). Want to try an egg day today, but have never done a full-on correction day, only an Apple and cheese day on day 3 of p3 because I was up 1.8. Tom is on its way, not sure how this can affect weight gain. Any help would be welcomed.
