The HCG diet is all new to me, which raises alot of questions I have!! I have heard so many scary stories on things you are not allowed to use! I have heard you are not allowed to use anything with any type of oil in it...including plant derived oils? I ordered some shampoo and conditioner online especially for HCG dieters. The brand is golden essence. Some of the ingredients on the back of the bottle are essential oil of spearmint and lavender. Last time I checked those are plants!! I also heard Glycerin is a no no....which is also another ingredient. My assumption is since these products are specifically made for the HCG dieter....they should be safe??? Comments anyone?? I am a new comer and maybe a little neurotic!

Not sure if this is good or considered going rouge but I just use regular suave shampoo just don't use conditioner and use just the walmart brand body soap without any creams in it - I think its the anitbacterial one. So far I've had great losses
I'm sure the products you ordered are fine - what I read here was that in the "old days" when protocol was set up many shampoos and soaps had animal fat in them and that is what is a no no - but today most stuff is not made that way |
