Well im starting R2 on a new work schedule. I work 8pm to 8pm tues - Thursday. and every other Fri, Sat, Sund.
So i am up like 20 hours those days. with 5 hours of sleep. Should i do it like normal, load when i wake up and separate food? I do alot of physical activity at work ( firefighter ) should i keep the same intake of meals? Should i increase my 150iu to higher for the activity? Thanks Kacy |

Wow you are in a quandry. My experience with my husband, who is a Colonel in the Air Force and was on the protocol with me, was that he could not do this protocol while he was preparing for his running test. I did up his protein but that did not help. According to Dr. S you should not be physically active during P2 as you are not taking in enough calories even with the fat being turned into energy. The best thing you can do is contact one of the moderators and ask them the questions. They have had enough experience and can be of great help. By the way not getting enough sleep will cause you to have less of a loss. Best of luck to you and I hope that Grammie or one of the others can help you. Karen
