Well im starting R2 on a new work schedule. I work 8pm to 8pm tues - Thursday. and every other Fri, Sat, Sund.
So i am up like 20 hours those days. with 5 hours of sleep. Should i do it like normal, load when i wake up and separate food? I do alot of physical activity at work ( firefighter ) should i keep the same intake of meals? Should i increase my 150iu to higher for the activity? Thanks Kacy |
