I loaded and was ready for day one of the diet, and had to make an emergency trip out of town. I forgot my hcg! So I basically had two days of loading with hcg and then two days without hcg eating "normally". Do I need to do my loading days over, or just start today with the 500 calories with hcg? If it matters, this is my fourth round, and I finished round three the end of June 2011.

I was told that unless you are off hcg for 2 weeks or longer there is no need to load - I am switching from pellets to rx hcg injections and that is what I was told - depending on when my hcg gets here anyway so far I am just 1 week off my pellets Good luck to you as you do the switch!
