Default loading and messed up
I loaded and was ready for day one of the diet, and had to make an emergency trip out of town. I forgot my hcg! So I basically had two days of loading with hcg and then two days without hcg eating "normally". Do I need to do my loading days over, or just start today with the 500 calories with hcg? If it matters, this is my fourth round, and I finished round three the end of June 2011.

Private message a vet on here. Any of the moderators would be helpful. I can tell you, I wouldn't want to do it twice, but really have no idea what you should do.

I wouldn't re-load as far as pig-out, but I would eat more calories for the first two days so that it gave the HHCG time to get in my system.

I was told that unless you are off hcg for 2 weeks or longer there is no need to load - I am switching from pellets to rx hcg injections and that is what I was told - depending on when my hcg gets here anyway so far I am just 1 week off my pellets

I'm switching from pellets to injections sometime soon, as I don't have enough pellets to finish out this round. Guess we'll find out together how this works. I figure I have enough pellets to do a short round, and then switch to injections to make a long round out of it. My primary care physician got me to do the diet and I've always done homeopathic drops or pellets; this is my fourth round. He's had me do long rounds every time, and it's worked out well for me.
Good luck to you as you do the switch! Thanks for the info on loading. Shelia
