Hi Everyone,
I recently started the hcg diet and had a question about using protein shots. I work out 5 days a week. 20 minutes of running then about 40 minutes of weight lifting. I noticed that I am losing strength because I have stopped taking my protein shakes so I found a product with no fat, not sugar, 180 calories, and gives 42 grams of protein. http://www.walgreens.com/store/c/ids...895059-product How should I incorporate this protein product into my diet? My diet as of two weeks ago is as follows: Breakfast: 4 oz of aloe vera juice Lunch: 3.5 oz chicken, 3.5 oz cucumbers, an orange Dinner: 3.5 oz steak, 3.5 oz celery, an apple I drink 3-4L of water daily Thank you for your help ![]() |
