Do you think it's possible the the substitute for sugar would kick up your weight? I m in p3....also, if I decide to do another short round...do I have to load again...this is my second cycle and I am all most done with p3 going to do p4 for 3 weeks then my last 26 day cycle to goal weight...please help.

I did ok with it in small quantities until I used it several times in one day (without adding any new foods) and gained a pound. I have seen something about it being seen as sugar in too high a quantity because its a sugar alcolhol... just don't rule it out as a possible cause if you gain..... good luck!
