I did 2 rounds of the hcg diet back in 2007. I just finished phase 2 of my 3 round today. How long should I wait before starting round 4? Should my first two rounds even be taken into account since they were 4 years ago? I know there should be 6 weeks between rounds. If you do a second round is it 8 weeks before you can start another? I can't find anything in Pounds and Inches. lol Oops. The title should have been "When to start Round 4".
