Default Hair Dye?
I need to do my roots BADLY. I was born with ashy blonde hair that basically looks grey and mousy, so I color it dark ash brown lol. Unfortunately, when it grows out and I wear a ponytail, it looks like I'm going BALD!

So, it doesn't appear that I've had a bad reaction to using regular shampoo and conditioner while on this protocol. Any risks for hair dye? I know in my salon, they mix it with the white shiny stuff, so I was just wondering if anyone has had proiblems with it. Thanks!

I've continued to have mine done at the salon. I'm not going to do this to be healthier and then look 10 years older because of my grey hair! hahaha. It's never caused a stall or gain for me.

I've done my all along too.

I don't even know how much grey hair I have.. don't want to either.

Be aware that some people have reported that their hair color ends up darker than planned when dying while on P2.

Thank you so much, ladies! My hair color of choice is dark ash brown, so basically it looks black without actually being black (a hair colorist messed up once and dyed it BLACK - I must have spent over $1,500 over the course of three years trying to do corrective coloring, cutting, reshaping, correcting, and cutting some more). So thrilled I can color it now! My roots are over an inch long omg it looks so gross when my hair is down.

Off to the salon now ladies, thank you for all your help!

I used John Frieda Foam Color and the conditioner afterwards....didn't seem to phase my progress. Also as a side note, I haven't made any changes to the shampoos and conditioners I use, I'm still losing.
