I'm sure you'll do fine! I've found I don't really need to add in too many new foods in p4. I'm quite satisfied with what I'm allowed to eat on p3! How'd ya do?

This actually surprised me, because I having TOM as well...

I ate half of an ezekial english muffin for breakfast, and then the rest of the day, I am eating clean (veggies and meats only). that way I will see what it REALLY does to me..

Awesome!! Good idea to eat the same type of thing a couple days in a row. Did ya have eggs or anything with it? I loved having the 100% whole wheat bagel thins with cream cheese for breakfast on p4. Mmmm. Right now, I'm addicted to eating fatty fat bacon (since I finally found sf bacon after MONTHS) and eggs for breakfast. Keeps me full till like 1 p.m. or so and I eat at six

Well, this morning, i had half of an ezekial english muffin with some cream cheese and scrambled egg on top. then, some bacon on the side.
For lunch, I had some grilled chicken with roasted zucchini and a cheese stick.
i ate an orange about 3....
for dinner, i had some hamburger meat with some cheese on it, and some asparagus, followed by 1/3rd of an apple (split it with my kid!) with some almond butter.

I am currently 1 lb exactly over what i weighed this morning, which is awesome. I figure if the bread was going to hurt me, i could already tell on the scale...
(I am obsessive about weighing.. i weigh every morning and evening, and before i go to bed... I like to see if there are trends, with how mcuh we gain through the day, vs loose at night)

I expect to AT least stay the same tomorrow. Probably won't loose much coming off of a 2.2 lb loss today, but that is ok. I usually stay about the same all week, and then drop it all at once. I am fine with that

That's great! Your body likes what you're putting in it I've only been weighing every couple of days or so now...eh. I haven't really added in anything new on p4 yet. Have you tried bananas or starchier veggies, such as corn or beans?

You have had great losses with HCG...I am a little confused about P4. I have one more week on P3 and not sure what P4 is about except lifetime eating changes. I have been on P3 for about 2 weeks and added some olive oil with salad and peanut butter (no bread) in the morning for breakfast. I always eat 2 fruits a day even with P2 with no problems. I have increased my protein also. Not sure what else to add as I am satisfied with what I am eating. I am close to goal weight so may or may not do another round. I am hoping in the next month the couple of pounds will drop off. Any suggestions?

I haven't tried Bananas yet, becuase I am allergic to Banana's, grapes, and avacado's.......I am thinking that i may add some black beans to some taco meat tonight and make taco lettuce wraps.....
To date, I have lost 40.2 lbs. I could not be more excited with these HCG results... and I have to say, this is pretty easy!

Rose, have you added back in Cheese or Dairy yet? ( i LOVE my cheese!)

Rose, you don't necessarily have to add in new foods on p4 if you're satisfied with what you're currently eating. I'd suggest starting with the starchier veggies the first week; a little bit of carbs if you want, and just keep going slow. Sounds like you're doing great and stabilizing!

I am not sure when I can add things in yet but yesterday added jack cheese to my subway salad... down more today. I am trying to stabilize for 3 weeks on P3 but occasionally I am going down. I am adding things slowly. I eat peanut butter every day...usually 3 tsp in the morning and have my fruit a couple of hours later. Occasionally I will have a cracker or two but wanted to wait 3rd week to add any grains. Tonight we are eating out at razzoos and will probably have some pinto beans and see what happens. Your tacos sound great.

On the program I had from the doctor he allowed us broccoli and cauliflower from the beginning. Do you mean starchier like pinto beans or corn? I know most P2 dieters do not have the same veggies the doctor gave me but I had great results with them. So far so good but I really am trying slowly. Appetite really working properly for a change.

roselanoue, yep, corn, beans, carrots....maybe potatoes or sweet potatoes if you like. I use cauliflower everywhere instead of potatoes, though, and haven't had a potato since before October. I made a mock 'potato' cauliflower salad for dinner tonight and it was a big hit! I did green beans on p2 and lost fine; even did broccoli a couple of times.

Went to dinner with family last night - Cajun style food. Ate buttered green beans, sirloin, a few tablespoons of pinto beans (1/4 cup) and 1/2 slice garlic bread. Today I reached my goal!!! Wasn't sure after last night what the story would be. Also know weight fluctuates daily but usually within a lb. Thanks for advice...I look forward to tasting sweet potatoes. Regular potatoes not that exciting for me.

Mmm, that sounds delicious! I miss garlic bread. I made a coconut flour banana bread the other day and it was amazing! I'm thinking about making this coconut flour pizza crust and having pizza tonight. I love pizza
