We have heard about these saunas on other blogs. Has somebody on this site seen this? What makes them better anyway? I found this website with solid knowledge on it.

KT pushes infrared saunas in his book. It is a good cleansing tool, since you eliminate alot of toxins through your skin. I have never used one personally.
