Default Update on reload
UPDATE: I posted last week that my doc suggested I try a mini-reload to break my stall. I'm also postpartum and hadn't gotten my first TOM and my doc said my bdy might be hoarding. Great. Anyway, this past Sun and Mon (because Mon was ds1's b-day and he wanted to go out to dinner, plus...cake!) I went off protocol. I ate semi-normally, but found I couldn't eat nearly as much as I had in the past. My body was unprepared for the fried foods I ate (ff at dinner) and gave me hell that night. It was painful and I spent much of the night in the bathroom (yeah, yeah, TMI, but it's the truth). I also got my first pp TOM on Mon. On Tues I went back on protocol. I had not gained any weight (yay!) and by this morning (Thurs), I was down 3 pounds (even with my TOM). I'm hoping this big stall (though I know they're common) was mostly due to being PP and not having a TOM.
I'm not saying this is for everyone, but it worked for me.

Nice job! Yeah, it's crazy how those fried foods really tear us up now....sad to think that at one point our (well, at least mine) bodies were just taking this so-called food in stride....yikes.
