I know that exercise will really help me a lot to lose weight but I don't have enough time to do this.
Hi Heart Ace,

It doesn't have to take a long time to get some great benefits. Even 15 minutes a day is all you need. Don't let yourself be stopped, you can do it...

Default Benefits of Exercise to our body
Physical exercise is important for maintaining physical fitness and can contribute positively to maintaining healthy weight, building and maintaining healthy bone density, muscle strength, and joint mobility, promoting physiological well-being, reducing surgical risks, and strengthening the immune system.Exercise has been shown to improve cognitive functioning via improvement of hippocampus-dependent spatial learning, and enhancement of synaptic plasticity and neurogenesis.

In longer term, exercise benefits our brain through:
1. increasing the blood and oxygen flow to the brain
2. increasing growth factors that help create new nerve cells and promote synaptic plasticity
3. increasing chemicals in the brain that help cognition, such as dopamine, glutamate, norepinephrine, and serotonin

One of the few complete proteins that provide all of the ten essential amino acids.Provides the necsessary amino acids to produce creatine phosphate to later be converted to adenosine triphosphate for muscle fuel.

Protein builds muscle. Muscles have to burn calories to exist. So protein helps us lose weight. It gives us sustained energy that is less likely to be stored as fat. It controls the absorption of energy and thereby, glucose levels. It's good for your body, but in a balance only.

That's sad to hear. You must give yourself an exercise. If your a busy person, get yourself a walk for atleast 30-60 minutes a day to prevent heart attack chances.
