Tie a weight to a bar with a long string and roll up the string to the top. Repeat. Also, forearm curls and reverse curls work well.

Get those little things that exercise your grip, about 70% of forearm mass is from grip muscles. The other 30% is exerscised through wrist curls, revers grip wrist curls, and indirectly through pullups and chinups.

Look up how to do a Zottman Curl. It's a good workout not only for your forearms, but your biceps as well.

hold on to a dumbbell then move your wrist up and down and you will feel your forearm burn
