Butt walks, seriously, sit upright on the floor and skootch your bottom along the floor. Just push one leg out front the other when you sitting on the floor and away you go!

You should do leg lifts. You lay down flat on the floor, grab on to something sturdy around you, and pull up your legs to the ceiling. Then put them down until they almost touch the floor. It helps your abs too.

Lunges will do wonders for your butt. That and stepping up onto a higher object, alternating legs. Good luck.

Squats and lunges are good, as are deadlifts and the good morning exercise.

Default best excercises to tone my bottom?
Well fo about 3 weeks I've been walking foe an hour every day and doing some floor exercises. I've been eating healthier but I do eat almost every thing but in moderation(NEVER fast food) And so far bust/ 34 on. waist/is about -28 in. and my bottom/ is a 38.5 in.
It was bust 34 in. waist 29.5 in. Approx. and bottom 39.5 in. I want to get my bottom down to a 36, but it just seem to stop at 38.5 I think I need to add more. Any suggestians? (I've got an indoor bike and stair climber, but I HATE the bike and I don't want to do it unless it would really help) And also at this time I can't make it to the gym.

Thank you every one for your time and help!!! I'll be a 16 year old girl in two weeks!!!

You could try running as well, or walking up a slope. My house is up on a slope and i have to walk up and down it everyday and i have quite the firm butt already. Lunges work too.

Or you could try the website i've given you.

Cheers!
