You could ride an exercise bike, you could run on a treadmill.
You could use a rowing machine, you could dance, skip, jump on a mini trampoline, .... is that enough?

well a good exercise to do in front of the tv is crunches or squats
but to see how many calories you burn go to www.fitday.com

Jump rope! It'll scorch 200 calories or more in 20 minutes. Just put the volume up a little higher ; )

Default What excercises can i do in front of the tv??
that burn a lost of calories???
does anyone know how many calories stetching burns if you do it for like 20 minutes or so?
