You could try Pineapple Raspberry Parfaits (i suggest you use fresh fruits instead of canned ones and non fat yogurt). Just put yogurt in a cup and then put the fruits on top. be sure to go easy on the yogurt. Also you could try broiled mangoes (slice fresh mangoes and broil until you see brown spots. Squeeze lime on them before serving). These are all low in calories too so you it won't ruin your diet plan.
