Default african mango
I am seeing articles on african mango being good for weight loss. does anyone know the difference between african mango and what is grown domestically? And, would it be better to consume the fruit or is the supplement just as good?

Great info kathy! Thanks for giving us more info on the african mango. To answer your question the supplement is more effective than the fresh fruit

Keep in mind that we don’t know yet if African mango or Irvingia gabonensis is really safe, if it produces sustainable weight loss, if the high fibre content does not interfere with the absorption of vital minerals and other nutrients, and if taking such high doses of fibre won’t damage your normal peristalsis

really high fiber foods/veggies can cause more problems, check with a real dr first.

Yeah I agree. That's why I myself don't rely on supplements for weight loss because I'm not sure if that's what my body really needs. Checking with professionals, especially doctors will help you know if it's good for you or not.

Although the african mango is very nutritious, it's actually the seeds that they group up and made into an extract for use weight loss products. African Mango doesn't only aid in weight loss but also helps lower cholesterol, reduce inflammation, and help fight cancer and other diseases. It's very rich in anti-oxidants so the body benefits from it aside from helping it to lose weight.

I have heard about the african mango supplements but I am not sure how good it is. Surely there are added ingredients there. Have you searched for reviews online? I'm sure testimonials from users will help give you more information if it's any good
