These foods are really high in protein. These are just for men though right? Women can't build bulky muscles unless they use steriods.

Quinoa? I haven't heard of that before.. So it's like rice too? Is it good?

It's a grain so i guess it's similar to rice. We don't have it here so I don't know what that is either..
