Default Induction confussion
HI everyone,
This is my 3rd time on Atkins i'm shamed to say....bad habbits normally kick back in during phase 3, and the "just a little bit won't hurt" voice kicks on.

I'm determined to see things through this time round and get to Phase 4!

Being in the UK, diets like Atkins don't seem to have much supprot, so finding things interesting and quick to eat is a struggle. My induction so far is looking like the following,

Breakfast
Atkins cereal bar
Green Tea (no milk, real stuff from China)

Lunch
3 mushrooms
1 large tomato
250gms of sausage (2 grams of carbs)
2 hard biled eggs

Dinner
Salad - only off the list and def no lettuce
chicken or fish

or

white fish with mushroom and tomato baked in the oven.
SF jelly with a big dollop of whipped cream

I'm trying to stick with the 8 glasses of water a day but i get very bored, so i'm have hot/cold green tea. Its got nothing in it really as you just put leaves in hot water. I'm also drinking Pepsi Max as its no sugar, but i think it might have the wrong type of synthetic sugar in ???

I've also got mint sweets that have 0 net carbs in to help with things, but i'm only having 2 a day.

I also bought Ketone sticks to test if i'm in Ketoses or not. Are they a good idea ?

Also, i've read on some lists that you can have peppers. I'm have half a pepper once.
