'm on week two, in ketosis and never hungry, p.s. im about 150 pounds overweight so i have a lot of fuel. i know i should eat, so i eat 3 burger patties a day on my George Forman. it's my routine throw one in wait 5 mins done. i have no loss of energy i work 8 hours standing/walking around. walk 2 1/2 miles on my treadmill (so far), and play my kinect for a few hours. (more on my days off.) my coworkers keep telling me it's not safe i should eat more, starvation mode blah blah blah. but i feel fine, so are they right or am i?
