I know that this isn't a good idea but i am planning on having a bit of a break on my birthday as my boyfriend is taking me out for a meal.
Im not going to be scoffing down cake and paste. Ill try as hard as i can just to stick to my meat and veg etc but im not denying a few bits of chocolate peices and mochas wont get it my belly. How much weight will i gain and how long will it take to get my body back into atkins mode. Ive been on induction around 3-4 weeks losing around 3-4 a week. |
