Default Problems with measurements
Hi this is such a stupid question but because I get my veg from the market I don't have any nutrition numbers and my food scales really aren't good. So what exactly does 3 cups look like or measure up to??? Im worried that I'm eating too much veg but then when I look at other ppls menus it looks like I'm not eating enough. Also I seem to have put on weight which has got me down...

Any ideas appreciated.

Hayley

Ditto Bluehex. Being from the UK, do you have any problem figuring out a US "one cup?" A big coffee mug has more than 8 oz, a dainty "tea time" cup on a saucer, filled 100% to the brim is a cup (in US, 8 oz.) So eat your veggies and enjoy!

Hope that helps!

Thanks, yeah it is because of the UK/USA difference, I'm using a small coffee mug for now, just to measure it out. Thanks for explaining.
