Default question about weight loss with atkins. C:
Hello everyone!

I am new to this board and I hope I am posting this in the right section.
I am a 19yrold who has been on the atkins diet for about 8 months. I have lost about 65 lbs so far! C:

I am still about 20 pounds away from my goal weight (perfect bmi) but I've noticed that I'm doing everything correctly and excersizing (even more) but I am not loosing any weight for the past month-ish. I know that it will obviously come off more slowly but...not at all?

If anyone can help I would greatly appreciate it. I'm getting so down.

Thank you in advance.

Wow!
Thank you so much.

I really do believe what you stated about my body "remembering" is totally correct. Before I had gained all the weight this was what I usually stayed at.

I will keep you posted and thanks again for the advice!

Totally agree...my "pound barrier" is 132. When I hit it I have a HUGE difficulty getting below it. It's like my body touches a hot burner...OUCH...and wants to go up a couple of pounds.

I was one pound from goal at 130 and spent the last month working the 131-134 barrier.

I'm hanging in there...it WILL come off, I know it.
