I came across this today... It was printed by and off. Thought you guys may be thinking about seeing it, also. It's a low carbohydrate food pyramid. Observe that right underneath the cereals (might know about eat minimal of) are clean cheeses and aged cheeses (and beans!). Under these are avocado... then EVOO, almonds and olives. I believe this actually shows the significance of basing our selections on veggies first, then protein. Fats, almonds, olives, an such like must certanly be "condiments", not food groups. LOL Not really a bad indication, ya know?
