Hello all, I'm 5 times in to induction and only have a couple of questions. My objective would be to drop about 15lbs, but that's prone to have a while, since I'm quick. Mainly, I want help with a great selection. The final 5 days have placed me under 1200 calories, and despite being very small (5'1"), I think I want at the least 1200. Any ideas? I will often have eggs each morning, salad with salmon or tuna for lunch as a treat, often turkey bacon, cheese and a freezing low carbohydrate dinner and shrimp for dinner. Toss a few jello glasses inside permanently measure. Any ideas? Do cals be needed 1200 by me? All a few ideas welcome! Julia
