Last round I did so perhaps not suffer with constipation significantly. Really, never. I'd go a couple of days without going, nevertheless when I did go, my bm's were free. My friend, who also did her last round with me and now this new round, informed me it was because of the fat we were dropping and that it leaves the human anatomy in our waste, creating our chairs looser because there's more fat in our waste compared to remains of our foods. Therefore, now I'm in R2 and same task, loose stools and if she's correct or not I'm just wondering. Therefore lots of people complain of constipation I see. Am I, and my friend, the only real people haveing this problem? And it's actually not bad. I'd rather free chairs than difficult, unpleasant constipation. Don't misunderstand me, I'm only thinking what you all are receiving and if you accept what my friend states is happening or if perhaps there's still another reason... Ideas?
