That's good to know, I began Monday but I didn't know what food I can eat so I was just looking through my cabinets for issues without any carbohydrates / under 2.5carbs per 100g until I'd finished reading community articles and sites on Atkins / low carbohydrate food diets anyway I've not realized 20g each day and I've finally found a pleasant mixture of ingredients I can eat, and I've re-lost my Christmas fat already so I'm back to 14s 13lb which will be good and when I was downstairs early in the day I was not eager at all and all I've had so much today is sausage and egg breakfast and for dinner I ama place some veg in and have some pork chops but I should say you can feel the huge difference, the only real problem atm is sleeping i just cant sleep at night recently and when I do I reach sleep around half 3 and awaken at 8 and feel good its very unusual. Therefore u need veg etc.. even though I understand the issues with Atkins / carb food diets that will be large fat. I'm attempting to keep it as healthy as I will without eating over 20g of carbohydrates each day but will there be every other tips I will know to keep it clean and maintaining the dietary plan efficient?
