I hate healthier food, besides good fresh fruit. But a vow has been made by me to myself to alter the way in which I been quite effective to date, and have eat this season. (4 days- ha) I used to constantly eat white bread, but changed many YEARS before to grain. It was hated by me in the beginning, however now, through the years, I LIKE it and HATE white bread. If this really is true for several meals I hate I was just curious. Will they be always hated by me, if I keep eating them, or will I grow to really ENJOY it? Just how long does it take?
