I have been on atkins for just two days and i've been snacking on butter. yes, basic butter, produced from milk. I knw it's strange but that's what controlled my urges. However the point is, the atkins pyramid is just read by me and it says dairy and fat products is ABOVE fruits and just below bread. Am i carrying this out mistakenly? Must I end eating butter??? Perhaps not since it;s strange however it may damage my induction phase??? btw this really is my first article :P
