I know the protocol food list is brief, but I actually looked forward to a defined list of do's & do nots and have now been attempting to stay glued to protocol as close as possible. All vegetables are loved by me, particularly asparagus. But I'm on VLCD11 and I don't wish to see anymore asparagus any time in the future. I've completed shrimp, fish, chicken white meat, really slim roast or beef, but my brain and mouth are fed up with chewing, chewing, chewing all this dry material. It can be hardly got by me down my neck. I'd difficulties with my dose and be seemingly at concerning the correct amount today (150 iu subq). Not necessarily starving until dinner time. And I'm studying what sparks my diet plan and it's much more related to my mind than my belly! Anyway, only thinking if they're tired of process food what the others did. Any suggestions to allow it to be more desirable, an such like. ?? Thanks!
