Due to a FAST eight lb get on P3, Grammy and several the others suggest I actually do a meat time a few "high protein' times. But I'm also if it may be a food sensitivity PERHAPS not designed to have milk, cheese, almonds, soy or eggs, to determine and try. Are you able to give some suggestions.....BESIDES boneless, skinless chicken white meat to me (that we got sooo tired of in P2)? But like I said, no milk, eggs, cheese, soy or almonds. Also....are "protein days" said to be large protein and LOW FAT, normal fat or more fat????? Thanks
