Hello men, And so I have now been not able to do my regular exercise for recent days. It's summer within Aus, and heat doesn't really bother me an excessive amount of. However it does trigger heat rash and terrible rubbing > > Therefore I know there's the gym, and of there are outside activities such as for instance swimming. I'm wanting to obtain among the areas airconditioned here, so I could use my coach in the home still. My problem is - what're a number of the alternative activities you do throughout the temperature? I'm just in a position to do my exercise during the night, per week Since I do shiftwork 4 times. 12 hour days I perform.
