Hi, I've a couple of questions and perhaps somebody is likely to be in a position to help me. First, of I'm a skinny guy and I'd prefer to discover if can there be a of weight gain however in a healthier way. 2nd, frequently after classes (like for 2-3 hours an exercise) personally I think good stomach discomfort and flatulence. So what can I actually do to obtain gone that? Often I eat like 2-3 hours before classes but I don't consume lots of water. Only when I'm thirsty I drink. Is it feasible that my weight problem is brought on by the very fact that I actually do not consume enough?
