Default How to look slimmer in couple of days ?
Hey friends I am 24 years old girl ,I have beauty pageant few days ahead .i am fair and tall ,though I have good figure but still can I get some effective tips to reduce weight and slimmer in few days?

Hey dear ,since you mention that you own a good figure so I don’t think its difficult for you to reduce weight .daily stimulating exercises like cycling ,jogging and swimming can do wonders.apart from this you can also reduce some amount of calories from your meals.

Hi folks @ above ,yes I agree with you.Swimming is the best way to reduce weight you can see wonder of difference in just few days of swimming .i have seen many people reducing weight with cycling .even most of the celebrities include cycling in daily workout .

Hi dear , apart from excercising you can also maintain some diet schedule .dont skip the meals but cut the heavy calories from meals.follow diet which have minimum amount of calories.eat little in more frequent no of intervals .eat less but frequent

Hi dear,yes dieting is something that could be very effective in reducing weight .there are some effective diet schedule that are given by various companies to be followed by their employees .for ex: GE diet chart ,you can see results in few days but that should be strictly followed else it have lot of side effects.

Hey guys ,I think dieting is never seen a good option to reduce weight because it reduces weight soon but once you go on your normal diet you become more fattier than former .so do exercise and yoga ,drink plenty of water ,feel fresh and light .you not only ending up reducing weight but also your skin will look healthy.

Hi friends,there some some good ayurvedic remedies through which one can reduce weight for ex: ayurvedic tea or some weight reducing powder .you can just stir it into hot water and results are like amazing .moreover it has no side effects .you can just take a prescription from ayurvedic doctor and get some medicines.

Hi dear.follow yoga and some asana as they are really effective .once you reduce weight with yoga ,it is beneficial for long term .like padamasana if done daily after meals can prove to be wonderful thing .early morning yoga and asana up-to large extent reduces weight .

Hi folks,above @ is true but since you need to reduce as soon as possible so I don’t think it will work .you can take lemon water with honey in Luke warm water daily morning before breakfast and after every meal take warm water especially after dinner .you can also take some spinach and tomato juice early morning.

hi friends , one of the effective method is to reduce calories from food all alcoholic and soda drink should be kept avoided .all favourite food like chocolates and fast food should e completely prohibhited.no non veg and oily foods

hi dear,lemon is the most favorite home made medicine to reduce weight you can have one tea spoon of lemon juice after every meals .lemon has anti oxidants and high amount of citric acid that helps to control weight.

hi dear ,its proven now to keep human active only 2500 k calories are required .so you please start tracking your calories count per day .cut the calories and burn it more .if you reduce 500 k calorie per day you can reduce your weight amazingly.there are few app design and launched in market just to track the no of calories intake per day . you can take help of it.

Hi friends I am agree that cutting calorie is good way to reduce weight but not all the time .its important to give food that our body wants .for ex: if you following diet chart and just to rewarding yourself you ate high calorie food once in a week .it is good to maintain the high metabolism rate .

Hey guys,I agree the above written that it is important to have high metabolism rate to reduce weight .there are some methods and exercises to increase the metabolism rate .avoid junk food and fast food follows the American Heart Association guidelines eat what you want, but learn to make good choices.

Hey guys,I don’t know much about reducing weight but I can give some home made recipes. for ex:no rice in dinner time ,no beverages more than twice in a day ,no alcohol and smoking ,eat only when you hungry ,eat less ,smell the food before having it .no water after meals,early morning exercises can do wonders.

Hey friends, one of the important exercise to reduce weight is to lift heavy weight with short rest periods . this help muscles to get toned and increase your metabolism to high extent .along with this if you can just control oily and junk food it can prove to be master key in reducing weight.

Hi guys, I think if one can take control of weight 80% only by having regulated diet .take balance diet that have more amount of proteins because protein can burn calories and break the trans fat into smaller molecule that easily get digested.

Hi friend ,as someone told above the high the metabolism low will be the weight of the body .one of the method to increase the weight is to keep changing the amount of calories intake .keep rotating it .it can enhance the metabolism and keep the weight regulating.

Hi friends, my funda to reduce weight is to don’t skip the meals at all and most importantly make your breakfast the richest meal of the day followed by lunch that should be nutritious but not as heavy as breakfast followed by dinner that should be kept as low caloric as possible.
