Default Is my diet healthier?
Hi, Thanks ahead of time for just about any assist you to can provide. I began actually focusing on my exercise and diet in Oct. Lbs have been lost 39 by me up to now. I now consider 178 and was 217. I've done therefore by weight lifting 3 times a abs 4-5 times a week and Riding a stationary bicycle for 45 3 times a week. My diet includes Egg Sandwich for Break fast or perhaps a plate of Cherrios. 100 Cal bunch at 10 am Meal is possibly Healthier Choice dinner (machine or freezing) or Subway. 100 Cal dessert bunch at 2PM Meal is possibly Fish, Chicken, Vegetables, Turkey dogs/burgers or Taco bell fresco selection or KFC cooked chicken. This really is lasting to me, but does it get me in significantly great shape?( couldnt perform a face up or pullup before, today may do a maximum of 10 at the same time) Will I eliminate part and stomach fat?
