Which means this is my 5th vlcd morning and I have lost 8 pounds. I waited to begin until my time of month came and went... which was about 1.5 months before that it was done. I've had aches like I'd on my time, and actually aching breasts because I've started. (acutely lol) I figured.. That is some thing I will cope with and wish it simmers down abit following a week. Which it's. But. I went toilet today and.. well ya know. It began fairly light and now it appears normal to light and my aches are worse than they usually are ( i usually only have minor stomache suffering and soft boob) So is this regular round here? Is this a poor sign? Considering preventing HCG if I am likely to be bleeding for 3 months out of per month. But I dont realize that yet. Wishing some one has experience with this specific or even to discover I am only a weirdo.
