Hello men, Therefore today we went for lunch at a meat house, and it had been good. I tried to keep every thing under control, but I purchased nice potato cause I thought on the Atkins record I'd observed it. And it really was great, but I did so perhaps not eat all it (possibly left 1/4-1/3) then discovered and came home that it's really very high on the carbohydrates. I'm eager to complete some exercise, but I'm therefore full right now that I believe it'd be considered a bad idea. Any ideas? I'm somewhat upset at the notion of keeping on course (said no to all) and chips I've nevertheless wound up going mad on carbohydrates. Thinking about doing dual workout tomorrow because it is also getting very late, easily can't handle any today. Argh! Modify - I could already feel the results of the carbohydrates - I feel so tired and completely slow. I simply wish to go to sleep! Personally I think so responsible
