Default Protine versus. Fat
New here, just and so I am likely to need some help getting started from my new community friends, I trust I do good. My problem is exactly what a great fat to protine percentage. Because I actually do It has to play a large part in my own diet Weight lifting and need a large amount of protine. I really hope I can be helped by you. Thanks, be mindful. Gyroflex
