Default New and Rambling about my Program
First shot was on Friday of a week ago. A couple of things about my protocol: Physician monitored 250 iu daily (Doc says several individuals he's have now been resistant to 250 and lower levels appears to work best for some) No load (he said he's having half load and half not load, simply to see...so much he's not seeing any huge difference in over all benefits) So people might have breakfast, so 3 fruits in the place of 2 minor adjustments to process by doc: he added a good fresh fruit to the diet. Also enables particular foods, fruits and vegetables twice per week. For instance, clean tuna, natural beans, broccoli, weeds, etc. Enables workout after 72 hours around the process To date, I dropped 4 lbs day 2, 3 lbs day 1, 1.2 lbs day 3, and.4 lbs day 4. I'm unhappy in Day 4, but I only had to go and check for myself to-see if combining vegetables in one single food screwed it up (It did, lol )...I had a kabob of weeds, green peppers and onions, along side some cooked cabbage. So I didn't drop, and now I know better! My girlfriend' began 2 days before me, and she's dropped 13.8 in 6 days, vs me dropping 8.6 in 4. Therefore she's kicking my butt! Great for her! I'm jealous because I'd seen men drop faster, particularly the first week. Anyway only wanted to publish to express hello. Also, question why there's no area for journalling our food diets on the daily basis? PS...my physician is attempting to construct some evidence to support the diet...he does dexascans before his people begin, immediately after they complete then 6-8 months later, and stage 2. I was 50 fat, and 168 lbs lean, and was 218 lbs at my pre-HCG dexascan. My document doesn't pass pounds loss...instead he wants his people to get involved with a sound body fat percentage. Quarry is 25 percent, and he needs me 15-18%. To date he's discovering that his people fat in section 2 and usually shed lean body mass, but they acquire the lost lean body mass back, and not the fat they lost, 6-8 months later. This helps the concept.
