Hello. I'm on my last time today of-the hcg shots. I finished a round and wound up stretching it 10 more times. Therefore today is my 33rd morning and my last shot. So far as I know, for the following 3 days I remain on my VLCD of 500cals. I'm only down 16lbs despite the fact that I did 33days. I didn't achieve my goal weight but I'm still happy in what weight I've were able to drop. I'd achieve my target weight if I can drop another 15lbs and be soooo pleased! So I'm considering beginning another round, but it'll function as the falls this time around, since I can't afford 23 more shots. --Now, for my question: before I begin a new round using the falls, Just how long after these 3 final VLCD times must I remain on P3? May I just consider my P3 a disruption and then leap back about the hcg practice? Or would it not be fine for me to just go right to the droplets without actually entering P3? any ideas are much loved! I've gotta fall these last 15lbs! Im 21 years previous, and wiegh 140 at this time. 125 is what I considered through highschool and I want to buy back soo poor. I'm an player and my human anatomy can also be dyyyying for many exercise! I've to tell the truth, I've been quite frustrated with just getting down from 155 to 140 and have been considering only modifying my P3 to match might work out requirements and preventing the hcg diet altogether following the last 3VLCD days. I skip slimming down with large workout and protein shakes!! But I'm searching for a very good reason and inspiration to remain with this hcg and ideally work out how to obtain these last 15lbs down.
