Default P4- plenty of fat o-r small fat?
I acquired this very interesting mail from the friend of mine who has been low-carb for a long time and has often fought with her weight-. I've lost 19 pounds. I had been getting frantic-nothing worked. My Atkins was designed to last at 20 carbohydrates each day for 14 days. I had been on 20 carbohydrates each day for 8 years!! This past year it quit working and I acquired! Never transformed my exercise-still walk o-r bicycle many times. I find out about pre-diabetics having the ability to get a handle on their carbs by relieving fat. Tried it. Now I simply take 20 carbohydrates a and 20 grams of fat a and have lost 19 pounds. Very thankful to get something which worked... Fasting carbs went from 100 to between 60 and 81! perhaps some people might take advantage of less fat, not more??
