Hello all, I've been on-the diet for approximately three months now. I'm losing weight...i myself to havent considered but i realize that I'm. Throughout the week i adhere to the diet rigidly...plenty of beef, eggs and veg. i also work-out daily for one hour o-r so....im feeling great. Nevertheless, in the week-end i often address myself. i eat out a couple of times (i still adhere to the diet around possible however in reality i don't understand how many carbohydrates various sauces etc include). further to this, I might consume some jellies or a candy bar or two. I usually feel guilty on the friday! is it okay to deal with your self after or twicw a or am i undoing all my effort throughout the week?
