I'm THEREFORE excited to have discovered this party! I find your stories therefore impressive and I'm positive the assistance can help me keep focused and true to my objectives this time around. I've an issue for all you... is there a course o-r is there application you use to keep an eye on your diet/goals/progress, an such like? Previously, I've held an Excel spreadsheet. But I've to consider there's got to become a better method to record and keep an eye on say: Everyday food intaka Everyday carbohydrate in-take Fat Workout Dimensions etc, etc Thanks all!
