You say you can't eat vegetables at all, can you describe? Do you've a medical problem which makes it dangerous for you to consume veggies? I've never heard about one that influences an individual like that. If that's the case, your physician should speak to you about products you have to get. You receive a lot of your fibre and nutritional elements from veggies, on Atkins. That's another matter, should you just can't remain greens. You are able to create a preference for vegetables. I've been trying vegetables that are on-the Acceptable List that I never tried before. Also, some I tried before and didn't like, I'm finding I like today. These were organized poorly, when I ate them before. Like brussels sauteed gently in butter and sprouts--cut in two, they're delightful!
