Is there some sort of no-confidence or recall in Iran to get this guy out? Don't the Iranians realize that fewer people are going to establish trade relations with them because of his stupid outbursts? He is hurting Iran. Iran should accomodate Israel and in return I'm sure Israel would do the same. He wasn't really elected by the way. He was injected into office by Rafsanjani the moderate who isn't moderate. |

I sometimes wonder who he thinks his audience is though. It's not like anyone in his immediate audience will disagree with anything he has to say nor that anyone else will pay much attention to it.
In fact if you decode it you find that here's a whole collection of senior Islamic regional leaders who have nothing better to do than scream irrelevant aphorisms about Israel. Doesn't that seem a little bit odd? I could understand raving about Iraq since it's right next door - but maybe they don't want to anger the US. In either case I found it odd that there was nothing positive in this at all. They got together to scream and complain. To me this is telling. Of all the problems in Iran and Saudi Arabia - such as a bad economy or creating jobs or trade with the west or Asia or questions about Pakistan or even relations with the Sunni state he was standing in when he made these comments. They demonstrate over and over what fools and failures they are. They are fundamentally incapable of succeeding were it not for pumping liquid money out of the ground. |

Needless to say Iran is more important to India than is Isreal, Israel can only offer India military technology but India has several options open in that regard, Russia and even the US are willing to sell to India, Iran on the otherhand can help India with its energy and has a large market for India goods. India buying oil from Iran isn't in and of itself an expression of hostility to Israel, especially seeing how enormous the Indian energy needs are. As long as it does not translate into defense ties, I have no problem with Indian-Iranian trade. I would hate it, however, if Israeli technologies sold to India were leaked to Iran... |

India has strategic relations with Iran and contributes much to Irans economy by purchasing Iranian oil, Needless to say im sure Israel is worried about the growing relations between Iran and India, It will be interesting to see how India plays Iran and Israel together, If India does it well I would congratulate India for some Realpolitik. ![]() All the governments go by their commercial interests. Governments are rarely very close friends. Friendship is always between people. And Indians and Israelis are among the best of friends which unfortunately Pakis can never be. Keep trying With love from Pakis: http://zioneocon.blogspot.com/anti%2...20pakistan.jpg http://www.lupiga.com/vijesti/slike/...istan_jews.jpg |

Instead of moving Israel, they should just enlarge it by starting to "clear" the West Bank and Gaza of the trash there and then think about using Iran for extra parking.
This guy needs a serious ventilating of the cranium. How can you take a country serious when their name is " I Ran"? (which should be the new name for France) |
